Jolien Dewitte

Jolien Dewitte graduated magna cum laude as Master of Laws at the Ghent University Law School in 2012. During her master studies, she regularly participated in moot court competitions including the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna. In 2013, she obtained a master’s in general management from Vlerick Business School.

In the same year, she joined the Brussels Bar. During her traineeship, she won the moot court of the Vlaams Pleitgenootschap. In 2022, she joined Omega Law. Before, she was active at Strelia and Eubelius.

Jolien has almost 10 years of experience in complex dispute resolution. She assists companies, financial institutions, and public authorities in both national and international matters, and both judicial and arbitral proceedings. She has built up expertise in various fields and sectors. However, she concentrates on contract law, company law, financial law, and media law.
