Guido Van Limberghen

Guido Van Limberghen studied law (1984), notarial law (1985) and labour law and social security law (1986) at the Faculty of Law and Criminology of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

In 1991, he joined the bar and Omega Law where he deals with cassation proceedings in matters of labour and social security law.

In principal, Guido is affiliated with the Vrije Universiteit Brussel where he started his academic career in 1985 as an assistant, obtained his PhD in law in 1989 and is teaching social security law as a full professor. He can pride himself of a lot of publications and is member of the editorial board of the Revue de droit social, the association of Belgian social law professors ABETRASS and the Academic Network on the European Social Charter and Social Rights.
