Joyce Van Caeyzeele

Joyce Van Caeyzeele graduated at the University of Antwerp in 2009 (Master of Laws).  She was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2009 and worked at Linklaters Belgium (litigation department) between 2009 and 2013. She was admitted to the Antwerp Bar and joined the law firm Omega Law in September 2013.

Joyce specialises in civil and commercial litigation, construction law (including disputes concerning international construction agreements, such as FIDIC terms), public procurement law and media law.  She handles proceedings before all courts, including the Council of State, and also focuses on national and international arbitration proceedings (including before Cepani and ICC).

Joyce regularly publishes contributions on various law topics (in particular contracting law and public procurement) and also gives lectures in these areas.
